Booking and Payment Terms
When you book a trip with us, you’re securing a personalized adventure tailored to your vision. Payments are typically made in stages, with a deposit to confirm your booking and the balance due closer to your travel date. We’ll share a detailed payment schedule when you book, so you know exactly what to expect. If you need to adjust your plans, we’ll work with you to find solutions, but this policy explains the guidelines for refunds if changes aren’t possible.
Cancellations by You
Life’s unpredictable, and we get that. If you need to cancel your trip, the refund depends on when you let us know. Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure typically receive a full refund of the trip cost, minus the non-refundable deposit, which covers initial planning and partner commitments. Between 60 and 30 days, we can refund 50% of the trip cost, as we’ve likely secured bookings with hotels, guides, or other providers. Less than 30 days out, refunds are trickier due to fixed costs, but we’ll do our best to recover what we can for you. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Cancellations by Us
In rare cases, we might need to cancel a trip—maybe due to unexpected events like extreme weather or global disruptions. If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a full refund of all payments made, or we’ll work with you to reschedule for a date that suits you. Your peace of mind matters, and we’ll go the extra mile to ensure you’re not left out of pocket or disappointed.
Changes to Your Itinerary
Flexibility is part of travel’s charm, and we’re happy to tweak your itinerary when possible. If you want to adjust dates, destinations, or activities, let us know as early as you can. Changes depend on availability and our partners’ policies, and some may incur fees—like a hotel’s change penalty or a guide’s rescheduling cost. We’ll be upfront about any extra charges and work to keep them minimal, so your trip still feels like the masterpiece you envisioned.
Non-Refundable Services
Some parts of your trip, like certain flights, special event tickets, or custom experiences, may be non-refundable due to third-party policies. We’ll flag these when you book, so you’re never caught off guard. If a non-refundable service is canceled, we’ll explore alternatives, like credits for future travel, but refunds may not be possible. Our team will always communicate clearly to help you navigate these situations.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly encourage travel insurance to protect your investment. It can cover unexpected hiccups like medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost luggage, giving you extra peace of mind. We don’t sell insurance ourselves, but we can point you to reputable providers. Just ask, and we’ll share options to ensure your journey’s covered from every angle.
How to Request a Refund
